What Causes Pain In Thyroid After Taking Treatment For Thyroid Nodules?
My husband has thyroidnodules in his gland for last 6-7 months, we went to the consultant, he x-ray it and according to that he gave 3 months course saying that there is water-liquid in the gland and it will go while taking medicine. So after hardly 3 months course is over he stopped taking the medicine and from yesterday onwards his thyroid starting paining while swallowing or gaggline, so please i request you to give me proper guidance so that we can consult a proper thyroid specialist. He has thyroid nodule with cystic changes. Now he has pain in thyroid. He should go for ultrasound thyroid gland and if needed go for FNAC. It will give you exact idea. Then take treatment accordingly.
