Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have toe pain in my right foot. About a year ago I stubbed my big toe and it hurt for a week and then was only a minor pain since but several months ago one of the middle toes started to have stabbing burning pain when I step on it, but not all the time. I can walk on it for a half mile, then occasionally I feel the sharp pain and if I walk gingerly I can work out of the pain. I can t exactly locate the Source of pain. I can massage my toes and surrounding area without pain. The problem appears to be getting worse when I walk. Can you help me?

What Causes Pain In Toe Of The Right Foot?
Hi, Pain in the right foot can be caused by infection or injury. Apply Soframycin ointment locally. Also, do X-ray of the foot. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care Regards, Dr Monish De, Oncologist
