Hello and welcome to HCM,
Pain on right side of abdomen aggravated after having food is suggestive of gall bladder problem.
Stones in gall bladder or inflammation of gall bladder can cause pain in the upper right abdomen.
Inflammation of gall bladder is usually secondary to gall stones.
If the investigations have ruled out the possibility of gall bladder disorder, other possibilities include pain arising from pleura in right upper abdomen, some disorder of lung etc.
An ultrasound abdomen and X-ray chest are also required to find out the most probable cause of pain in upper right sided abdomen.

Thanks and take care
