What Causes Pain In Upper Abdomen And Pelvis Followed By Black Out?
My daughter was experiencing pain in her upper abdomen and pelvis accompanied with nausea , dizziness and diaphoresis, that lasted for 5 minutes . She then blacked out and fell to the floor, After a few minutes she regained her vision and cooled down a lot Then she was able to pass gas and moved her bowels. I took her to the gyn and he ruled out a cyst.He said it was most likely due to the gas . What do you think?
