What Causes Pain In Upper Abdomen Radiating To The Chest?

I ve only experienced this situation twice - about 6 months apart. I get this somewhat burning, dull ache in center of upper abdomen that radiates to under right breast that is to me an acute situation. The only relief I find is drinking milk. The pain starts to subside within minutes of drinking whole milk. I m then fine. The occurrence, however, is painful and I am unable to do anything until I drink the milk. I ve not tried antacids or anything else. Milk fortunately has always been on hand. Thank you.
