What Causes Pain In Upper Arm And Forearm?

I had rotator cuff repair surgery on the 30th of July. Since then I ve been in a sling. Other than the expected pain on my shoulder, I have been having pain in my upper arm, especially above my inner elbow, as well as occasional forearm pain. I was wondering if this was normal?

Probably normal. Do not worry. Shoulder and elbow pain will go with mobilization.
Keep calm take medication of pain if needed only and follow the instructions of operating surgeon.
