Hello,
Welcome to hcm,
Sharp pain in between shoulder blades need to be evaluated. It could be simple myalgia or a fatal myocardial infarction. Take a over the counter analgesics ,if the pain doesn't subside or there any associated symptoms like giddiness, sweating, increasing pain, breathlessness ,palpitations then consult your doctor to rule out the possibility of heart attack.

Thank you,
Take care
