What Causes Pain In Upper Back Near My Right Shoulder?
I have pain in my upper back near my right shoulder blade, and it hurts worse when I need to burp. What could this be? I have already had my gallbladder out so I know it isn t gallstones, but the pain is similar to the pain I had associated with a gallbladder attack.

It is not a gall bladder effect.
This is due to Trapezitis. The Trapezius muscle is inflammed and needs to be treated separately. With hot water fermentation, gentle kneading massage, myofascial release and IASTM you should feel relaxed. Also, neck stabilization exercise, shoulder stabilization exercises and inter-scapular muscle strengthening exercises are advised.
