I have gone thru your query regarding upper back pain . It is a matter of concern .
Dear .Causes of your back pain ,you are experiencing may be many , but in your case as it seems clearly , it is due to deranged function of liver . As your ultrasound test report shows
gallbladder normal but
fatty liver .
The gallbladder stores, concentrates and secretes bile which is produced in the liver.
The bile is ncessary in the intestine for the digestion and absorption of fat. It is also important for lubricating the intestinal wall. Once the gallbladder is removed, the bile looses its storage space and tends to accumulate in the liver.
The liver organ is considered a fire or pitta organ in
Naturopathy / Ayurveda.
Good health of the liver requires the balance of the pitta dosha . If the liver is overloaded with toxins it will burn too hot and become inflamed causing problems throughout the body.
The imbalance is treated with a combination of dietary and lifestyle changes as well as herbal remedies to increase immunity .
I would like to suggest you to follow regimen as below to take balanced diet containing all essential nutrients , fiber ,vitamins , minerals in natural form -fruit veges ginger ,garlic fish oil , & flax seeds for Omega 3 ,
Prepare soup from vegetables like carrot, cucumber, spinach etc. and consume daily.
Drink a cup of bitter gourd juice daily.
Consume aloe Vera juice 30 ml mixed with Amla juice 1 spoon every morning for atleast 15 days for better result .
Lemon juice with water with black pepper before meals twice , for atleast 15 days
Take Turmeric powder a level teaspoon+ Almond oil is very important for our sound mental and physical health and strengthen immune response naturally of it with BF and & at bed time Have this at least for 20 days .
Take orange juice every morning for better results.
Take papaya daily to keep bowels clearing

Constipation .
Make sure that you get enough sleep every night
