Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi, I have had pain in my upper bicep for a few weeks now, especially if I lift my arm up. Its pretty painful when I lift my arm, but otherwise the pain is almost nonexistent. I wonder if I might have injured it while doing yoga? (It now greatly interferes with my yoga practice, which is disappointing to me). It seems like such a strange injury... only present (and bordering on excruciating) when I lift my arm ... Anyone have any ideas what this thing may be? Thank you!!!!
This could be a simple muscle pull. You will need to go and see a physiotherapist, who will examine and probably give an ultra sound therapy at the local area. More over you need to rest that arm of yours. It will not get alright other wise
