What Causes Pain In Upper Cheek With Numbness On Face?
I have pain in my upper right cheek. I have numbness only on my right side of face and right side of back of head. I feel okay otherwise. I am a 37 year old female. I am in good health. I do not have a spleen due to a benign tumor on my pancreas tail that I had removed.

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that the chances of sinusitis is very likely, if I would be your doctor then I would treat this case with the following medicine "Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg three times in day, Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day, no need to worry about this, take care and have a nice day.
