What Causes Pain In Upper Left Abdomen?
My wife has developed a pain in her upper left abdomen. She is 73, taking diabetic medication, and overweight. My concern is for colon cancer. She has never had a colonoscopy. Is there somewhere we can go to get a quick diagnosis? We live near Tucson, AZ. email: YYYY@YYYY

Pain can be from various causes still to exclude or find possibility of cancer CA125 blood test would help. Your family doctor can point out other causes of such pain after physical examination &few pathological tests.
