What Causes Pain In Upper Left Chest And Back Increased Upon Movement?

I have major pain in my upper left chest and back that increase with movement under the breast that go straight through to the back skin sensitivity to touch in th left breast a burning and or numbing sensation that extends to the nipple. The ER said it is non cardiac, it s been two weeks am taking relation 500mg and cyclobenzoprine 5mg twice a day it s not helping please any suggestions ?
