What Causes Pain In Upper Left Chest While Coughing?
Localized pain in upper left chest, non-cardiac. Originally only when coughing or clearing throat. Started about 6 months ago. Still not constant but do more often feel dull burning pain at times in certain body positions. Cannot replicate pain with palpation. Especially worse in mornings after sleeping in bed, prone position. Better if sleeping in reclined chair with torso more up right. Could this be costochondritis? Something else?
