What Causes Pain In Upper Right Arm Despite Suffering From High BP?

I am a 75 year old female. Am active and in good health. I have controlled high blood pressure. I am having pain in my upper right arm for no apparent reason. Over the past 24 hours, the pain has worsened and my arm has gone weak. Is this a sign of a heart attack?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, actually this may not be heart attack but could be due to some nonspecific pain and this is nothing to worry still to rule out the cardiac pain better to get done the EKG test, hope this information helps, take care.
