What Causes Pain In Upper Stomach?

i have pain in my upper stomach under my solarplex its hard to sleep and hurts all tje time it will go away for a brieftime if im really active but i cantnlay down i can only sit in a surtan angle and even then it hurts its an ongoing tthing for 3days now

As you describe, it appears to be due to gastric pain, may be due to the peptic ulcer, or irritant foods, hiatal hernia, gall stones,or pancreatitis.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to have gastroscopy, ultrasound, liver function tests, etc for diagnosis.
Avoid taking spices, junk foods, and oily foods.
