Hallow Dear,
The shooting pain from external genital organs to the thighs can be due to ureteric pain. Your pain is getting radiated to the abdomen also. So it is most likely in the ureters and even kidneys also. The fact that pain is also radiating to back, it is likely due to
kidney pain.
Please get your urine examined. You may be having either urinary infection or crystals/stones in the urine. If crystals are found, go for
ultrasonography to look for the stones. Depending upon the types of crystals/stone, you may have to modify your diet and undergo surgical removal/destruction of the stone.
If it is infection, please submit your urine for culture and sensitivity test which will identify the causative organisms and the antibiotics to which they are sensitive. Accordingly, the appropriate antibiotics can be started.
Till the investigations are complete, you may take
Phenazopyridine (Pyridacil) tablets which is a urinary pain killer. This will give you some pain relief. This medicine turns the urine red, nothing to worry about. Please drink plenty of water.
I hope this helps you and gives you appropriate directions.
