General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The symptoms could be due to various pathologies like STD's like chlamydia, PID, cervical inflammation, endometriosis to name a few. Other causes includes vulvodynia that is unexplained chronic mild vaginal pain and vaginismus that is involuntary tightening of muscles around the vagina, which occurs usually in response to penetration. I suggest you to get examined by a gynecologist at the earliest.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ayesha Shareef, General & Family Physician
