General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello.
I have gone through your question and understand your concern. In my view, this could be due to gases as all abdominal organs were mentioned to be normal in ultrasound abdomen. Gas is a normal by-product of many of foods we eat and the air ingested along with food. Abdominal pain and that sense of discomfort usually subside on passage of gas and remember passage of excessive gas is also considered normal.
I would suggest a simple single dose of over the counter antacid available at your local pharmacy will help you with pain. Add pro-biotics to your diet like curd, butter milk and avoid foods that cause the symptoms of bloating or make you burp more. Hope your concern is answered. Thank You.
