What Causes Pain Like Cramps In Front Of Neck And In Jaws?

I have been having pain and like cramping in the front of my neck from the soft spot to my jaws on both sides of my esophogeous. I thought it was acid reflux but the acid reflux medicine did not work. Still had the pain I took a nitroglycerin and it went away. What is it? Thank you,Michelle White
