What causes pain & numbness. Started about a month ago in hands. Pain in arms wake my husband up at night. Hands periods of numbness. Now pain in feet mostly in the mornings. Or after periods of driving several hours (he drives a produce delivery truck) knees & hips pain. Never mind. Not paying $
