Hi, I was shooting up meth yesterday and everything seemed fine as I pushed in the plunger but then all of a sudden I got a sharp pain. No bump and I didn t think I missed either. Only had a slight rush and now my arm is sore feeling and there is slight numbness and tingling all through my arm

From your complaints it looks like you have over shot drug and this has resulted in compression of nerve. This results into the bone complaints. You can wait for sometime and see if it gets fine. Otherwise consult a doctor
