With the above history provided what I see is, there is no issue with the
gall bladder at all and nor with the kidneys.
In
diabetes, people tend to pass more urine, as the body is trying to fight against the excessive accumulation of sugar by doing excretion.
I think you should get your
creatine levels checked, and also an abdominal scan, this should help understand much better, that is it because of kidneys or gastric.
In most case where you are mentioning about the pain, its gastric issue mostly, but having a physical examination done by a physician will be good.
Now, as you mentioned you are a borderline diabetic, then I will advise you to do regular physical exercise, because the work you are doing, isn't sufficient to burn the calories intake. You should try doing
aerobic exercise and also please monitor your diet, as in long run things might slip out of hand which will not be liked by anyone.
Rather depending on any kind of medication, doing regular aerobic exercise and managing diet should be really helpful in the overall functions of the body.
