What Causes Pain On One Side While Running?

Hi there, every time I run I get this strange pain on my right side. So it's annoying cuz I always have to stop running. But just now I was at a concert and sitting at home and I feel this discomfort in the same area? What is it & should I go to a doctor and get it checked?
