What Causes Pain On Right Lower Side Of Abdomen Post IUD Removal?
i had my iid removed just after a week of insertion i couldn t take the pain. now i am experiencing extreme pain, on my right lower side of abdomen and shifts to he left and even my lower back hurts, the contractions are severe and hurts a lot. what should i do?

Pain, abdominal cramps and severe bleeding are some of the side effects of insertion of intrauterine device (IUD).
These symptoms usually disappear after removal of the IUD.
Consult your gynecologist to confirm that the IUD is completely removed.
Removal of IUD can be followed by cramping for some days.
In the meanwhile you can take anti-spasmodic to relieve the pain.
