What Causes Pain On Right Side Of Lower Back And Thigh?
I have severe pain which started in my right lower back and left thigh. After a few days, my right arm ached quite painfully. After a few days, the pain returned and was in my right shoulder and back of neck on right side. It then travelled to my left side affecting my left arm to the elbow, left shoulder, left side of neck and up into the left side of my face. It was excruciating. This severe pain lasted about 4 days. It is less painful now but I am quite weak.

If you are having generalised body ache along with fever can be due to viral infection or dengue.
However only bodyache can be due to calcium or vitamin-D deficiency.
So consult your doctor for further intervention.
