What Causes Pain On Right Side Towards The Back Above Hip Bone?

When I lay on my right side, I have pain on my right side toward the back above my hip bone. What could be causing this? I have talked to my Dr about it, but he doesn t know what could be causing it. I have had this for quite awhile. At night it will make me turn to the other side because it hurts so much, but when I lay on my left side I do not feel any pain.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, muscular spasm is very likely condition and this could be due to poor posture, and try to maintain good posture, and in medicine 'Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac" once in a day can be tried and this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
