What Causes Pain On Tail Bone And Bump On Left Buttocks?

My tail bone has been hurting since friday. I didn t fall or anything just sudden pain shot down my spine to my tail bone. Then on sunday I noticed a bump on my left butt cheek near the tail bone. Just about an hour ago my skin in peeling on the bump... what is causing this?

You have got a boil which has caused bump and pain in tail bone. Treatment is Tab amoxycillin with carvulinic acid 625 mg twice a day ,tab ciprofloxacin 500mg twice a day Tad metronidazole 400 mg twlce aday and sporlac sachets twice a day.
