Hi,I am Raju.A.T (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have pain in/on the bottom of my left foot, right side of the heel. It hurts when I first get up in the morning and start walking, then lets up in a few minutes. The last two weeks it has lasted longer and been more often throughout the day. I like to walk barefoot around the house, sometimes it hurts then, sometimes with shoes, and it doesn t matter which shoes I wear, flats, sandals, heels, etc.
You got calcaneal fur. Under your heal, there will be cartilage bone growth. After rest, if you get up walk, will have severe pricking pain. Better go and take X-ray foot with heal lateral view. Review with the report.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. C.ELANCHEZHIAN, General & Family Physician
