What Causes Pain On The Bottom Of The Feet?

I have pain in/on the bottom of my left foot, right side of the heel. It hurts when I first get up in the morning and start walking, then lets up in a few minutes. The last two weeks it has lasted longer and been more often throughout the day. I like to walk barefoot around the house, sometimes it hurts then, sometimes with shoes, and it doesn t matter which shoes I wear, flats, sandals, heels, etc.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You got calcaneal fur. Under your heal, there will be cartilage bone growth.
After rest, if you get up walk, will have severe pricking pain.
Better go and take X-ray foot with heal lateral view.
Review with the report.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. C.ELANCHEZHIAN, General & Family Physician
