What Causes Pain On The Left Part Of Upper Groin?

I got pain on my left part of my upper groin im just worried bout it .. is it dangerous I thought im going to have period thats why its painful I have blood spot last night but next day is gone and im thinking this cant be period cos I already had period this month.my period comes every 1st week of the month.. hope you can help me

Hello,

If you have pain about 12 to 14 days after your last period, it is most likely due to ovulation. Slight spotting may occur in this period. Actually you don't need to worry about this. If you have regular periods, you don't need to worry.
