What Causes Pain On The Left Side At The Bottom Of My Rib Cage?
I woke up this morning with a pain on my left side right at the bottom of my ribcage. It feels a lot like a side stitch but I haven t been exercising. I just woke up and have had this pain all day. It s painful to breath deeply or to lay on my left side. Any idea what could be causing this?

Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like indigestion , acid reflux , kidney stones , pancreatitis , spleen problem or angina pectoris . I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination . Doctor may order ultrasound , kidney function test along with physical examination to confirm the diagnosis .
