Hiya my name is Laura i had my last period on the 1st of this month I don t know when I will have my next 1 I have been getting little sharp pains in my left side in my abnormal but I have been having unpertive sex with my partner could I be pregnant and I have been having really bad mood swings could you please help me

As first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult a general surgeon and plan for an ultrasound scan. We have to rule out possible causes like renal stones.
