What Causes Pain On The Left Side Of The Abdomen?

I m having pain in my left side .had bowel cancer last year had the right side operatrated on and took out all went good had bad pain in left side for a week couldn t breathe had a lump come out tender to the touch stiff and couldn t straighten up some blood in my bowels

In regards to your concern about pain in your left side of the abdomen, as you mentioned you had bowel carcinoma and was operated, there are a few thing which you have to mention clearly regarding the onset and growth of the swelling u noted and the onset and pain, any alterations in your bowel habit.
My personal recommendation is to visit the doctor and run a general blood tests for any rise in your counts and ultrasonography of your abdomen / CT abdomen as soon as possible.
