General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to health care magic...

Here your physical examination has to be done esp.for auscultation to look for heart sound and respiratory examination...

As having left side chest pain cardiac cause like chronic ischemic heart problem has to be rule out by....
1.Blood pressure measurement
2.EKG
3.Echocardiography if needed

If suspicious respiratory problem present than chest x ray done for that..

After such investigation if no significant cause found than it could from musculoskeletal pain..
For which brufen given along with avoidance of strenous work.

Take care

Advise : consult physician for examination
