What Causes Pain On The Left Side Of The Chest?

Hi, I have pain on the left side of my chest. It comes and goes. No other signs of trouble. Appears to me to be gas cause I m burping alot and it goes away and slowly comes back. When I m sitting upright it seems to be at it s worst. When I get up and walk around it goes away.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to gastritis. But it is better to rule out cardiac problems by doing an ecg examination to be on safe side. If that is clear then taking proton pump inhibitors like esomeprazole(Nexium) for 2 to 4 weeks.
Thanks.
