General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As a general rule, an ECG has to be taken at the earliest as the pain is on the left side and is radiating in nature as well.

Once the cardiac causes have been ruled out, other possibilities like spine-related problems like prolapsed disc and nerve compression must be addressed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
