What Causes Pain On The Middle Back?
Hi, for the last 2 days my left side the middle part is my back hurts to touch, well today when I woke up it is hurting really bad it feels like something is stabbing my back it hurts constantly when I walk or cough what can it be and what do I do too make it stop hurting

I think it may be a pain related to spinal nerves. There is a probability of having a herniated disc.
You should do an X-ray of the spine. Meanwhile, take anti-inflammatory drugs such as Advil or naproxen for pain and inflammation. Have rest. Font carries weights.
