What Causes Pain On The Penis And Dizziness?

I began my day Saturday morning at about 7am and only had coffee to drink because I was so busy working around my apartment building until about 4pm. About an hour later I had something to eat at home. I had a pain at the tip of my penis which began that morning and was the result of an injury the night before. Now at 4pm the next day I became dizzy, I was hungry and I had chills and heat flashes. It s been more than 24 hrs and I still have the symptoms I described.
