What Causes Pain On The Right Collar Bone And Shoulder?

Keep getting strong pain on my right collar bone, moving down towards the shoulder. The pain is so bad it makes me cry. Taking pain relief curtails it temporaryily before it starts again and I don't know why and it's getting me down, and also struggle to do anything.
