General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to pain of the hip due to overuse. So, I recommend to use anti inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen 400 mg for pain relieve. I also suggest using cold compresses for local application at the hip area. I recommend to rest and avoid activities that can trigger the symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
