Hello,

Your pain seems to be due to one of the following conditions:
1) Acute renal colic
2) Acute abdominal abscess
3) Acute appendicitis
4) Biliary colic
5) Diverticulitis
6) Acute cholecystitis
7) Urinary tract infection and cystitis
8) Thoracic lumbar disc degeneration or spondylitis

Treatment depends upon the cause. Following investigations are necessary to arrive at a specific diagnosis:
1) Ultrasound abdomen and pelvis
2) Complete blood picture
3) Renal function tests
4) Liver function tests
5) ESR, CRP

Please do consult a physician or a general surgeon for accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment. Until then you can do the following:
1) Pain relief can be achieved by NSAIDs like Ibuprofen
2) If you don't achieve pain relief with NSAIDs, you can try tab. Urispas 200 mg twice daily

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
