What Causes Pain On The Right Side Of The Back Below The Waistline?

I am having pain on thr right side of my back - just below my waist-line.. I think it is muscle soreness, because I have to help my left leg into my car when I drive. This pain seems to come and go. I am used to feeling this after I lift something heavy - but I m wondering if I could have a kidney infection. I never have had one, so I don t know symptoms!

hi.. as you have pain below westline and it aggravates after lifting something heavy. its not to do with kidney .it may raise concern about spine .
so go for X-RAY , CT SCAN examination and get evaluate by orthopedician ..
