General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The pain on the right side of your chest associated with wheezing sound one sided and difficulty in breathing if not from lung issues could be due to:

- costochondritis (arthritis of the coastal joints)
- acid reflux

If I was your caring doctor, apart lungs and respiratory system, I'd check heart, and run upper endoscopy to rule out acid reflux together with MRI of the chest bones.

Take anti-inflammatory meds like paracetamol or naproxen. If not improved, discuss with your doctor about my suggestions.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
