Hi.
Noted your history of your age being 48 and had cancer of the left testicle for which you have been treated by radiation.
Now you have stabbing pain in the right testicle and ultrasonography shows a large varicocele.
This is not uncommon as you have been told.
This can be large as there is a compensatory hyper trophy of the right testicle and that is why increased blood supply and drainage.
I would advise you:
Semen analysis.
Surgery for the large varicocele.
