What Causes Pain On The Tip Of Penis?
Hello doctor! I m a 22 year old Virgin male. There is pain on the tip of my penis when it touches cloth or any other thing. It started 2 days ago. I masterbated that day. There is no pain when I urinate and there is no obvious visible damage to the penis as it looks normal. There are also no visible secretions. I try to take good care of my hygiene by showering at least once a day. I would like to know your opinion and would also like some advice on how to take care of this problem at home. Thank you :)

It may be due to several causes
For further assessment, you may require ultrasound abdomen and pelvis after physician consultation
Till then you can take tablet acetaminophen
Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition
