What Causes Pain On The Tip Of The Penis?

Greetings, so awkward question, I am experiencing a pain in the tip of my penis, not during urination, and I m clean of STIs, it happened after I had sex with my girlfriend, it was her first time and it wasn t easy, so I m thinking some kind of year in the tissue. Also I m 20 if that helps. What can I do to remedy this?

I understand your concern.
Experiencing pain on the tip of the penis tip could be just a superficial skin abrasion and mechanical pressure on the tissues. It could happen to many while having intercourse for the first time because there is a need to put more pressure to rupture the hymen.
Kindly undertake the following measures to overcome your problem.
Kindly clean the spot with mild antiseptic solution like Povidine twice daily. Apply Neomycin with Hydrocortisone cream on the spot after drying. You can take analgesic medication like Ibuprofen for pain.
Kindly maintain good genital hygiene.
Next couple of times, take care to spend more time during foreplay and do the act gently so that you or your partner would not be hurt.
