What Causes Pain On The Top Of Head?

I have a sharp pain on the top of my head left side. It occurs a few times a year...I spent most of the day in hot sun and I have bouts of constipation from time to time and have experienced those pains when that happens? They come and go...20 or 30 seconds between the pains and often longer. Thanks

You might be suffering from migraine or tension headache. If you're getting nausea before the onset of headache then it is likely to be migraine. You can take one tablet Naprodom (Naproxen 500mg + Domperidone 10mg) when you've the next bout of headache. If symptoms persist then you consult a neurologist for further evaluation or don't hesitate going to the ER if the headache is intolerable.
