What Causes Pain On Urethral Opening And Burning Sensation During Ejaculation?
I have a little tickle/pain at the opening of my urethra. It does not burn when urinating or during ejaculation, but I am aware of an uncomfortable sensation. I usually get an erection during the night that usually lasts hours. Because I sleep on my side, I thought that perhaps I was bruising the tip of my penis. I am 30 years married and have never fooled around and do not suspect my wife either. Your thoughts?

Mild tickling/ pricking sensation occasionally, without burning during passing urine or ejaculation is normal, but if there is burning and pus from the urethra, then you should seek medical advice.
