You can take baclofen or diazepam one sos when required to relieve symptoms of spasticity & stiffness. For pain take analgesics like acetaminophen, one sos , after food.
Take food rich in vitamin B6, B12, vitamin E or you can also take supplements. Do exercises under a Physiotherapist & stay active.
However, you are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP & get all required routine tests, Urinalysis & Imaging tests done to detect the pathology causing you discomfort. You will be treated accordingly.
Hope I have answered your queries. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
