General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, it may not be fractures of all toes but it's better to get orthopaedic examination done and to get X-ray of toes to look for any deformities or presence of tophi of gout etc.

Meanwhile, OTC analgesics like acetaminophen or Ibuprofen can be helpful for pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
